We offer a variety of payment options and these are shown on the Site. When making a payment via a credit card will accept VISA or MasterCard. The use of AMEX is also accepted provided the purchase is made in AUD.

Please drop off or ship your shoes within 14 days of submitting your consignment request.

Once submitted, you can monitor the status of your consignment in My SBiD.

The Deadstock Exchange team will make contact using the details above to arrange payment once your shoes are sold.

Please ensure all details are correct and advise the team if any of your details change.
